Yoga Home of Therapeutics, in Oklahoma City, will host a class about using essential oils to improve mental health from 2 to 3 p.m., February 5. Attendees will learn how to use these ancient oils to help reduce the symptoms of depression and anxiety.
“Studies show that one in four adults may struggle with depression/anxiety during their lifetime,” explains Sara Alavi, owner of Yoga Home of Therapeutics. “Life is full of stressors, and each day can be difficult when someone struggles with depression and anxiety. There are many ways a person may apply essential oils for benefits—to your skin, ingesting them and diffusing them in the air. Each of these methods can be used to gain positive emotional health.”
