- How to focus on breath and body mindfulness and awareness.
- To allow the mind to rest in the present moment.
- A loving kindness meditation – an ancient practice to awaken and sustain good intentions for oneself and others.
$48 for all four sessions.
Instructor Miki (Arpita) Brown has been practicing meditation daily since 1983. She has found meditation to be invaluable in working with the changes and stresses life brings. For the past 15 years, Miki has had the blessing of the teachers’ community at Spirit Rock Meditation Center, located in Woodacre, CA, to teach meditation classes and lead meditation groups and day-long and weekend retreats.
